If you’re like us, feeling antsy at home and looking for an opportunity to MOVE, you’ve come to the right place! LizFit is offering complimentary (and fun) at home workout plans every day of the week on Instagram and Facebook!

These workouts are designed to be self-guided at home or outside so we can complete them at our own pace, and at a time that works best for our unique schedules.

A FUN, “AT HOME” WORKOUT WITH LIZFIT!

ONE: Run or Walk ½ mile (or go for 5 minutes).

  • 20 Push Ups
  • 25 Walking Lunges (both legs = 1)
  • 30 Bicycles (both sides = 1) 
  • 35 Squats

TWO: Run or Walk ½ mile (or go for 5 minutes).

  • 15 Push Ups
  • 20 Walking Lunges (both legs = 1)
  • 25 Bicycles (both sides = 1) 
  • 30 Squats

THREE: Run or Walk ½ mile (or go for 5 minutes).

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Walking Lunges (both legs = 1)
  • 20 Bicycles (both sides = 1) 
  • 25 Squats

FOUR: Run or Walk ½ mile (or go for 5 minutes).

  • 5 Push Ups
  • 10 Walking Lunges (both legs = 1)
  • 15 Bicycles (both sides = 1) 
  • 20 Squats

FIVE: Run or Walk ½ mile (or go for 5 minutes).

SIX: Cool Down Walk & Stretch
