Well, do we have the place for you! LizFit is a welcoming group fitness center for community members of all fitness levels and abilities. Located inside Spinnaker Point Recreation Center in Portsmouth, LizFit offers a variety of group fitness classes every day of the week, from spinning and kickboxing, to tabata and yoga! Virtual and outdoor classes are currently being offered as well. Your first class is always free at LizFit! LizFit also offers personal training and small group training!

As the Seacoast’s first and only dedicated indoor cycling studio, CycleFierce has revolutionized indoor cycling on the Seacoast. With amazing instructors and inspiring, upbeat playlists in each class, riders of all levels (beginners, fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and avid cyclists) are welcome to join in this fun community workout! Roots Integrative Medicine

Roots Integrative Therapies is an integrative therapy practice in downtown Portsmouth that focuses on manual physical therapy and integrative clinical nutrition. Co-Owner Kyle specializes in treating unresolved chronic pain, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and nerve disorders. His unique approach focuses on uncovering the drivers of dysfunction that, when treated, results in reduced pain and improved physical performance and quality of life. Kyle has worked with clients from teens to college athletes, Olympians (including one gold medalist!), and mature adults into their 90’s! Co-Owner Kait’s passion for nutrition started out as frustration with her own symptoms, and seeing providers who would run tests and tell her nothing was wrong. After completing her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition & Integrative Health, Kait helps treat everything from specific conditions and chronic health issues, to helping patients improve food choices, assisting with lifestyle interventions, and coaching patients who seek long-lasting behavior change! 

The Pilates Room

Tucked away from the buzz of downtown Portsmouth, The Pilates Room is quietly nestled on “The Hill”. This cozy oasis offers private and semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions for athletes, people with sports injuries, rehabilitation, and anyone looking to change up his or her fitness routine. Owner Michele also offers pre and postnatal Pilates, mat Pilates and beach yoga sessions.
