SALTONSTALL FARM
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT SALTONSTALL FARM …
Saltonstall Farm in Stratham, New Hampshire is a working farm that is almost 200 years old! The on-site barn was originally used for cows, but has been very well taken care of, and can now host up to 10 weddings per year. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people, and is big enough that you don’t have to rent a tent with tables and chairs.
Saltonstall Farm is also home to a non-profit organization—The Robinwood Center—which focuses on sustainability, justice, healing and community. Philanthropy and weddings never paired so well!
SCOTLAND FIELDS
Scotland Fields is the newest wedding and event venue on the southern Maine seacoast, situated on 26 picturesque acres of land along the York River. With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods, and preserve, the property includes two newly renovated, historic homes (a 1732 farmhouse and a 1908 craftsman bungalow, which together can sleep up to 24 guests), a multi-level barn, and unparalleled views of the sunset.

The entire Scotland Fields property is rented from Thursday–Monday for the perfect long weekend wedding experience!

THE VIEW AT PEPPERRELL COVE
The View at Pepperrell Cove is quintessential coastal Maine with a modern flair, providing stunning ocean views from two floors of flexible event space. Co-owners Donna Ryan and Chef Eides Ares offer a personalized approach to all aspects, including on-site catering with individualized menu planning. Large windows, two fireplaces, wooden beams, wood floors, and a neutral color palette create a warm and inviting atmosphere. For a cozy, intimate event, The View at Pepperrell Cove offers a comfortable space all year long for up to 140 guests.

The View at Pepperrell Cove recently installed a new air purification system using ionization that is proven to reduce exposure to pathogens, including Covid-19.
