Sweet Pea is a kid’s consignment shop in the West End of Portsmouth. We have clothing and shoes ranging in sizes from newborn to 12/14. You’ll also find a book shelf stocked with board books, picture books and chapter books. Sweet Pea is opened Monday through Saturday 10-4 all summer. The Wheel House
The Wheel House offers creative, hands-on clay experiences for kids, teens, and families looking to unplug and play with mud. Our Teen Summer Clay Sessions are designed for young artists of all levels to explore wheel throwing and hand-building through fun, guided projects. Led by our experienced Ceramic Artists, these 90-minute classes help teens develop real skills, express their personal style, and get messy in a relaxed, screen-free space. Looking for something the whole family can enjoy together? Our Family Clay Day invites kids and grown-ups to sit side-by-side at the pottery wheel and make memories while making art. Prescott Park Arts Festival
Prescott Park Arts Festival has been one of the Seacoast’s favorite summer traditions since 1974, providing family-friendly arts programming for an optional suggested donation! The Festival combines a grassroots, community feel with the allure that accompanies the Grammy Award-winning national touring acts that grace the stage. Camp ENCORE! is the Festival’s youth theater summer camp program, offering three sessions for 100+ kids each summer ages 7-17. Camp ENCORE! helps campers to gain valuable teamwork skills, experience theater arts, and build confidence. Each session culminates with a fully staged public performance on the Main Stage, which is open to all. Prescott Park Arts Festival is committed to offering a variety of family-friendly events—from the River House Restaurant Concert Series and main stage musical, a Movie Night Series on the big screen, presented by Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, and special community events throughout the summer season!
