The Franklin building began serving oysters in downtown Portsmouth in 1867. Today, almost 150 years later, The Franklin has revived this downtown Portsmouth tradition serving a variety of locally-harvested oysters as well as an artful array of house-made charcuterie, veggie dishes, and handcrafted cocktails. You can always expect top-notch from Moxy’s sister restaurant!
