Haley and her talented team use props such as the Yoga Trapeze, Yoga Wheel, Massage Balls, blocks and straps to help all yogis experience levels, and advance their practice. Whether you already attend yoga classes on a regular basis or are interested in discovering the benefits of yoga, you can expect to experience a new, fun and challenging workout at HD. Their athletic yoga and fitness classes deliver a high intensity, low impact workout that is safe for sensitive joints and ligaments. H.D. Fitness classes do not incorporate any heavy weights, instead participants use their own body weight, suspension, and isometric holds to build functional strength. The restorative classes offered at H.D. Fitness are slower paced and provide movement therapy for those looking for a recovery activity, or a way to relieve body tension and stress. HD’s in studio classes are small groups with adequate spacing for social distancing, and are also available virtually. HD also offers private and semi-private group classes—in studio and outdoors!
