Greater Seacoast Health provides comprehensive healthcare and family services for individuals and families throughout the Seacoast, regardless of age, insurance status, or income level. Its Portsmouth and Somersworth health centers offer primary, pediatric, prenatal, women’s, dental, and behavioral health care, along with early-childhood mental health and developmental support. The Family Center offers parenting classes, playgroups, family activities and home-visiting for families under stress. WIC nutrition services are provided for eligible residents of Strafford and Carroll counties.

This fall, she is launching a 12-month clinical partnership for mothers navigating postpartum recovery and perimenopause, addressing the unique physical and hormonal changes that can occur while raising a family. Annie takes a whole-person approach to women’s health, helping clients understand their bodies, support healing, and feel confident through every stage of motherhood and beyond.

STRONG GIRLS UNITED
Strong Girls United is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization empowering girls and women to be strong, confident, and resilient through sports, mentorship, and mental health programming. Based at the Strong Girls United Hub in York, Maine, Strong Moms offers welcoming fitness classes for pregnancy, postpartum, and babywearing, along with free stroller walks that help local moms move, connect, and build community. Babies and kids are always welcome, making Strong Moms a supportive space for moms and families to get active and meet others in the community. Strong Moms programming begins in September, with girls’ programming for PreK through high school beginning in October.
