KATY’S TOTAL FITNESS

Katy’s Total Fitness is a personal training studio that is owned and run by local, Katy Estes. Katy has been personal training for 11 years, and 10 of those years have been out of a private studio in Kittery, Maine where she still trains today. Katy provides personalized workouts to fit the needs and goals of each client she works with. In addition to working with individuals in person, she also has workout plans for those who want to work on their goals outside the studio. Katy’s mission is to make sure everyone who works with her does so safely and mindfully, while continually building confidence within themselves.

INTEGRITY MOVEMENT LAB

At Integrity Movement Lab we believe you are never too old and it’s never too late to work on strength. At our multidisciplinary body and age-positive training studio in North Hampton, we specialize in private and small group training in barbells, kettlebells, plyometric training and the Gyrotonic Method. Our most popular program is “Barbell Club” where people ages 40-70+ learn progressively loaded compound movements in order to impact osteoporosis and to build confidence, strength, mobility and power so that they can continue doing the activities that they love for as long as possible. Some members of our small group “Barbell Club” were featured in the Summer 2025 Longevity Issue of Women’s Health Magazine where they discussed the positive physical, emotional and social impact of training in a group. Roots Integrative Therapies is a Manual Therapy, Movement Therapy & Training, and Therapeutic Massage clinic.
