Nina and her team create unique menus for every couple to capture their personalities, heritage, and favorite dishes, using as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible. They also focus on providing incredible, detail-oriented service—from the first exploratory phone call, until the last glass is put back in the rack at the end of your event. The Fifth Flavor can advise on tablescape rentals, plus share favorite venues, coordinators/planners, florists, and entertainment, too. The husband and wife duo behind Free Spirits Event Co. is known for dreaming big and bringing high vibes to weddings and special events. With two custom built VW bus concepts and a bespoke collection of lounge furniture and decor, Free Spirits is the most fun and memorable solution for a pop-up food & beverage experience. Gypsea, a glamorous 1968 VW mobile bar comes styled out to deliver a high-end cocktail service, complete with signature drinks and a talented bar staff. JRNY, an all black 1971 VW bus, was reclaimed from the woods of NH and converted to a sleek, mobile wood-fired oven- perfect for cooking up gourmet flatbread pizzas and other creative dishes. Pair the two buses together for an intimate gathering, rehearsal dinner, wedding day or milestone occasion. Available for public and private venues in New England and beyond.
