Greenland is a charming small town sprinkled with farms and neighborhoods with beautifully-manicured lawns. Located a short drive from both downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and charming Exeter, New Hampshire, Greenland has easy access to all that the Seacoast has to offer!

Neighboring Stratham has a similar small town feel to Greenland. It’s nestled in between Exeter and Newfields, and is very accessible as well.

Rolling with a bounty of green fields, Greenland is a golfer’s dream! Home to two of the Seacoast’s most popular golf courses, tee off and enjoy a few rounds with friends or colleagues. If golf isn’t your game, hop over to Stratham for a day in nature at New Hampshire’s largest estuarine system, found at The Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. It’s certainly a beautiful visit in the fall! 

For more outdoor fun, be sure to visit Stratham Hill Park for year-round for hiking and snowshoeing trails. And don’t miss the fried dough and Ferris wheel at the annual Stratham Fair—held every July for 50+ years. With shops and restaurants, scattered throughout Greenland and Stratham, these towns are essential to the seacoast landscape.
